A little about me

I've been working with art and creativity as a way to understand ourselves, get unstuck, and make changes for three decades. This exercise is one of the ways I use art and creativity to make something that can feel abstract a lot more tangible.

You don't have to consider yourself an artist to do it. You just need something to draw with and a little curiosity.
