We have space available to rent!
Our studio is perfect for intimate art shows, parties, meetings and workshops (click here for info on hourly space rental). You handle sales at your show, and keep the money you bring in. All artwork must be hung and taken town within a 24 hour period (longer events will be considered for an extra fee) and food/drinks are supplied by you.
Included in rental fee is use of tables, sound system, refrigerator and microwave.
Please note: we do not rent out the studio for First Fridays, but we do rent wall space to individual artists. (Click here for info on renting a wall on First Friday. )
Our rates are $400 for 24 hour period. Typically you would load in and set up around noon, open doors to public around 5pm, close at 10pm, and tear down in the morning. (Times are negotiable.) There is a $100 cleaning/damage deposit to hold the date, and will be refunded when the studio is returned in the condition you found it. (The deposit will not be returned if you cancel.)
