Denver area artists: Show your work at a First Friday Art-Walk!
My studio is open for the Art Walk the first Friday of each month, year-round. I'm happy to be able to offer wall space to other artists. This is a great opportunity for emerging artists to get their work out there, as well as an "in" to anyone new to the Denver art scene.
Landt Creative Space is located in the heart of Denver's "Art District on Santa Fe" at 802 Santa Fe Drive, and gets hundreds of gallery hoppers each first Friday.
In addition to First Friday, my studio is also available to rent for your own private or group art show, or to use as classroom space.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a gallery?
No, I am an artist who hosts an open studio on First Fridays and like to give other artists the opportunity to show their work in the Art District on Santa Fe.
How long would I rent the space?
The rental is for the First Friday of the month only.
How far in advance can I reserve a wall?
A few weeks. We generally start renting walls at the beginning of the month (the Monday after first Friday) for the following first Friday.
When would we set up and tear down?
Typically we hang the show on the Wednesday before First Friday (we do NOT hang any work on First Friday). Tear down is on Saturday or Sunday, or you can take your work home Friday after we close.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time you reserve your wall.
When can I stop by to see the space?
Fill out the contact form to the left to set up an appointment, or stop by on a First Friday.
What forms of payment do you accept to rent the space?
All major credit cards. You can also set up a time to pay in person (cash, check or charge).
Do you take commissions on the work sold?
No. You are responsible for your sales, and you get to keep any money you take in. You are also responsible for your own sales tax and insurance.
Do you rent space for solo shows?
Yes, click here for more info.
Where are you located?
At 8th and Santa Fe above Art District Antiques.
You're on the 2nd Floor; is there an elevator?
Can I show my sculptures?
Our spaces are small, and they get pretty crowded on First Fridays, so we don't rent floor space. If your work is small enough, you can rent a wall and bring a small table (no more than 20" deep), to put against the wall.
